A pic of three of us (Kris took the picture) even if we maybe didn’t feel exactly “picture ready”. Eh, what can you do? You get us casual in all our glory.

On December 29, 2015, Em and 3 newbies- Sue, Bronwyn, and Kris (Sue’s sis in law) got together in a hotel room in Utah and watched the last few episodes of Buffy together and ate some Buffy themed snacks.  Here is the audio of that experience.

Our snacks (top left corner to the right): Clem’s snack taste test (everyone agreed on the Bugles), Root Beer from the Sunnydale High drink machine, Buffalo Chicken Wings (in case you’re feeling peckish), cookie dough (Em’s surprise snack they’d get later ;)), Kris’s bad eggs (that were in fact: good eggs, but don’t tell Xander), how could we do this without Spike’s onion flower thingy?, and Band Candy!

This week, it’s back to business for the brothers, following separate paths to the same goal of saving Dean from eternal torment and eventual demonhood. Dean chases down Bela to retrieve the Colt while Sam risks his eyes for the secret of eternal life.

This week the whole crew is back together, so listen as we discuss “Time is on My Side.” You’ll hear:

We get a couple sentences in, then it’s “50 Ways to Love Your Liver.”

Rice is nice. Maggot sweater also.

He puts on his arms one arm at a time, like everybody else.

Special note: there isn’t really an Erie, Indiana, other than a couple tiny unincorporated communities of under 500 people.

Paul references “Chuck” while talking about the WGA strike. He is definitively wrong. “Chuck” was picked up for a 13-episode run, and due to the strike NBC renewed for a second season rather than add any more to that first season order. After further research into network schedules for that season, it is unclear what show Paul was thinking of.

Nice fangs, what are those for?

Spoiler alert, the rating is going to be low…
